Robert P. Dunne -
Co-Chairman/CEO
Bob has been involved in the printing industry since he purchased
the Franklin Press (founded in 1921) in 1975. In 1999 he sold
Franklin to Kelmscott Communications, LLC and in 2001 put together a
group to re-purchase Franklin, Trade Litho and Little River Press.
From 1955 to 1960 he was Assistant Controller of Lockheed
Electronics, and from 1960 to 1974 he served as CFO and later CEO
and Director of Harvard Industries, Inc. In addition to Harvard, he
was a founder of, and served on the boards of several other public
corporations, last as Chairman of Saztec International, a
multi-national data processing firm. He was also a founder and
Director of the Allaire State Bank in New Jersey. He is former
Director of the Printing Association of Florida. Bob is a CPA
and has a Bachelors from Rutgers University and an MBA from New York
University.

Jerry Alvarez - Co-Chairman
Jerry was one of the founders and former
owners of Trade Litho (est. in 1973). He has spent 40
years in all aspects of the printing industry. Jerry
developed Trade Litho from a small printer for the trade to a
premier and formidable commercial printer in the Miami market.
Trade was one of the first companies to go computer-to-plate in the local
marketplace and was a pioneer in many other areas as well.
In 1999 Trade acquired National Corporate Services Unlimited,
Inc. and the expanded company was ultimately sold to Kelmscott
Communications, LLC. Prior to Trade Litho, Jerry was a
supervisor and assistant to to president at W.R. Bean Inc. in
Atlanta. Before that he was hired as a general helper and
later promoted to Assistant Manager and Estimator at A.D. Weiss
Litho, Inc. Jerry is a graduate of Camden Military
Academy. He also attended University of Miami School of
Engineering and took Special Tech Courses at Georgia Institute
of Technology.

Peter J. Dunne - President/Chief Operating Officer
Pete has spent over 20 years
in printing management. Most recently he was Regional General
Manager for Kelmscott Communications, LLC overseeing Franklin
Graphics, Trade Litho, Little River Press, and Lauderdale
Graphics, three of the founding companies of the current entity.
Prior to that he held the position of Regional Controller for
the same companies and, before that, many years as Vice
President and Controller of Franklin Graphics. Pete is First
Vice Chairman of the
Board of Directors of the Printing Association of Florida and on
the CEO Advisory Board to the Printing Industries of America. He
is a member of the Advisory Board of the McIntire School of Commerce
at University of Virginia and the Annual Giving Advisory Board
of University of Virginia. Pete received a Bachelors of Science
from the McIntire School of Commerce at University of Virginia
with concentrations in accounting and MIS and an M.B.A. from University of Miami.

Michael E. Barber - Vice President-Manufacturing
Mike has spent over 37 years in
print manufacturing. Most recently he was Regional
Manufacturing Manager for Kelmscott Communications, LLC
overseeing Franklin Graphics, Trade Litho, and Little River
Press, the three founding companies of the current entity.
Prior to that he held the same position with Franklin Graphics
since 1983. Mike spent many years as a web press operator with
Ace Parker, Zenith Communications and Miami Review, all based in
Miami.

Karl Sidman - Controller
Karl has 35 years of manufacturing accounting
experience. He was Vice President and Controller for four years
with Alresh Foods, a manufacturer of oriental foods. Prior to
Alfresh he spent ten years as Secretary and Controller for Dyno
Nobel of Florida, a manufacturer of explosives. He served four
years as controller with Sun Graphics, a manufacturer of
printing press blankets, seven years in the health care industry
with Becton Dickinson and Coulter Electronics as well as
manufacturing experience in the airline industry with Midland
Ross and telecommunications industry with ITT. He has a
Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maine with a
major in accounting and an MBA from American Intercontinental
University. He is treasurer of the AIUSFL Alumni Association.

Hector Ugalde -
Manufacturing Manager
Hector has been in the printing
industry for more than 35 years, most recently serving as
Operations Manager of Little River Press. There he managed
all manufacturing aspects of the business, including purchasing
and quality control. Prior to that he served as the
Production Manager for Hansen House, a publishing firm
specializing in the music industry. At Hansen he was
responsible for production and plant supervision of the printing
and bindery operations that included web and sheetfed presses.
Hector has an Associate of Arts degree in liberal arts and
additional coursework in civil engineering. |

Grace Lagoudakis - Fulfillment Manager
Grace established her first
successful fulfillment company in 1987, Creative Mail Services,
in New Jersey. She later expanded into the Florida marketplace,
as founder and owner of her second company, National Corporate
Services Unlimited, Inc., before merging with Trade Litho and
becoming a part of the team. She is presently the Fulfillment
Director as well as Events Planner. Grace received her Bachelors
from Lehman College and her Masters from Fordham University in
New York.
